Art direction for a photoshoot promoting the new merchandise line for BAU, Barcelona’s University Center of Arts and Design, designed by the branding and packaging studio Batlle Group. We chose Walden 7 in Sant Just Desvern—Ricardo Bofill’s iconic architectural landmark—as the setting. Its bold geometry and red-hued structure provided a strong visual context that elevated the products while grounding them in a distinctly local narrative.
The aim was to create a visual conversation between the merchandise’s clean, contemporary design and the textured, modular environment of Walden 7. By placing the pieces within this architectural icon, we highlighted BAU’s forward-thinking identity while acknowledging the creative legacy embedded in the city’s surroundings.
